I was so happy when the plaid blazer trend came onto the scene this fall and I’m even happier it’s sticking around. Throwing on a blazer brings together and cleans up a look nicely, but a plaid blazer amplifies even the simplest of looks. I was excited to have found a lightweight blazer that looks and feels good while remaining budget friendly. This blazer also has a little stretch to it so it can easily be layered which is major in these colder temps!

I started with an extremely simple slate so the blazer was the main focus of the look. Adding a red lippie and a cute shoulder bag with gold hardware offers a perfect balance.
